Policies
I strive to provide minimal rules and avoid drama in my place of business. It has become apparent that I have to implement a few policies below to protect myself and my clients.
Booking
Beginning January 1, 2024, all appointments must be booked directly on my booking site and be prepaid in order to secure your appointment. I will no longer be booking for clients as a courtesy.
Please be sure to book all services you need in order to book the proper amount of time for your appointment. Should you fail to book for all services, I may not be able to fulfill your needs if I have another client scheduled after you based on your selection. Once you prepay and secure your appointment, you will be able to change and reschedule without being recharged up until 24 hours prior to your appointment. I offer courtesy text and email reminders in order to help you manage your appointments.
Cancellation Policy
In any inconvenience I have no problem rescheduling. Unfortunately, less than 24 hour notice is not fair to me or other clients who could have booked at that time. When you enter your credit card information in my booking system, you are agreeing to this policy.
100% of reserved services will not be transferable and a NEW appointment will need to be made and prepaid.

Please note: the online scheduling system will not allow you to cancel with less than 24 hours notice. Cancelling online or through email will not be an option. If you know you will not be able to keep your appointment please contact me at 951-217-2760
Refund Policy
All sales are final and I do not issue refunds on services. As long as it is not within the 24 hour window you can reschedule without having to pay a new booking fee. But there are no refunds. However, should come in and you received services and you have any concerns about the service you have received, please notify me at the appointment or within two days of services rendered. I will schedule you a follow up appointment to return to the salon within 7 days from the date of notification so that your hair can be visually inspected, we can review what was originally asked for and what you are wanting corrected or adjusted. I will make every effort to make the adjustments needed to achieve your satisfaction. If hair is adjusted by another stylist or yourself prior to your "refix" appointment with me - THIS OFFER WILL THEN BE NULL AND VOID!
Products - Can only be returned within 14 days of purchase as long as they have not been used.
